By using DocLinQ you agree to these Terms. If you are using DocLinQ on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

DocLinQ provides cloud-based document management software. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Your Data

You own your data. DocLinQ processes it solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Limitation of Liability

DocLinQ is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
